RenèPerry.Com offers bulk and corporate discount rates. These discounts are usually over quantities of 500 or more. For further information and questions please email us at info@reneperry.com so that we can assist you further. For Holiday Cards please contact us 5 weeks in advance, due to the heavy traffic during the holiday season.
We have tried to make the ordering process as quick and simple for your convenience. We currently accept American Express, Visa, MasterCard and Discover cards. We do allow personal checks; once we have received and deposited your check your order will be processed. Once an order has been submitted you will receive a confirmation letter via email. Please make sure that all of the required information has been entered correctly or this can delay the ordering process. If any information is incorrect please contact us immediately. If you are ordering a "Gift Set" and wish to send it to a third party please make sure the final destination address is correct. We cannot be held responsible for any lost items or re-routing costs. Also please note that in some of our "Gift Sets" ribbons may vary slightly due to the color of your monitor, or due to availability in stock. In the event of unavailiabitly we will coordinate ribbon colors at our discretion.

Ordering by Fax: Any products you wish to order via facsimile must be faxed to this number only at: 503-968-8710 Monday through Friday during business hours.
Ordering a Gift: If you are ordering a "Gift Set" and wish to send it to a third party please make sure the final destination address is correct. Sales Tax: Sales Taxes as required by law will automatically be added to an order. All prices are in US Dollars.
Where we ship/do no ship to: We have chosen FedEx for our official carrier. Delivery is in all 50 states, including Puerto Rico, Hawaii, Alaska and Canada. Additional charges may apply and are determined by delivery area. We do not ship to Post Office Boxes, Army Post Office, or any of the U.S. Territories. Shipping options are chosen during the checkout process and are automatically calculated by FedEx rates and options. FedEx provides an accurate estimate and quality-shipping schedule. Turn-Around: Orders are shipped on the same day or within one business day of receipt, unless we are out of stock on our products.
Errors: In the event that we are at fault with an incorrect shipping address, we will forward to the correct address at no additional cost.
Gift Sets: A $5.00 fee has been included to all "Gift Sets" purchases, due to the time and special packaging it requires. You are responsible for providing an accurate and complete recipient shipping address. If you are unsure of a delivery address, we encourage you to verify the address with your recipient before you place an order.
Failed Delivery: We are not responsible for your loss from a failed delivery. Please also note that we are not able to ship on weekends. FedEx Saturday is not available in all areas. Renè Perry Inc. is not responsible for any delays that may occur due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances incurred by an act of God.
Any international orders will be shipped via FedEx. Rates and zoning areas will be taken into account. Please make sure you have read the delivery policy and options at www.FedEx.com/international for the correct rates. Estimated delivery may take up to 10 business days.
